Department: Sales

Project Location(s): Cantonment Pune Jp Nagar Bangalore HITEC City, Hyderabad Karol Bagh New Delhi IB Park Chandigarh

Education: Graduation

Compensation: Rs 2 Lakhs to Rs 3.5 Lakhs

Responsibilities

Travel from Office location to customer’s home or work place for the loan process
Introduce and explain Company policies and process to the customer and answer any questions or concerns from the customer
Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements
Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water
Handle gold ornaments carefully
Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches
Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer
Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer
Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred
Return to office location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage

Skills/Experience

Graduation degree mandatory

Target Industry: Banking/Financial Services/Insurance

First Priority will be given to Candidate should have 1 year experience as Gold Auditor / Gold Appraiser. Candidates are preferred from Gold Loan providers companies like Muthoot Finance, Muthoot Fincorp, Manappuram, IIFL, FedFina, IDSE etc
