Responsibilities
* To ensure execution of business strategy for wider & deeper spread business.
* To ensure effective recruitment for sustenance of business.
* Generate Business on a Continuous Basis from Producers.
* To ensure all hygiene issues for the business
Skills/Experience
Qualification: Graduation degree mandatory
1 yr to 6 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
First Priority will be given to Candidates from Health & General Insurance Only
- No job hopper need stable candidates / No Gaps in employment too
- Need currently working candidates, only if there is any exceptional candidate with genuine reason of career break can be considered.
- Open positions : Mumbai of which 80% is for western and harbor line, 20% for central line.
